For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood through what has been made, so that they are without excuse. – Romans 1:20 (NASU)

Jesus believed the Creation story was literally

and holds the for life’s tough questions

(Jesus)”Have you not read that He who created them from the beginning MADE THEM MALE AND FEMALE, and said, ‘FOR THIS REASON A MAN SHALL LEAVE HIS FATHER AND MOTHER AND BE JOINED TO HIS WIFE, AND THE TWO SHALL BECOME ONE FLESH’? – Matthew 19:4-5 (NASU)









Creation begins with the (v.1) (John 1:1-3)

In the beginning God (Elohiym) created the heavens and the earth. – Genesis 1:1 (NASB)

God ‘elohiym: gods in the ordinary sense; but specifically used of the supreme God (Strong’s)

Hear, O Israel! The LORD (Yahweh) is our God (Elohiym), the LORD (Yahweh) is one! – Deuteronomy 6:4 (NASB95)

1st Day: (vv.1-5)

(v.5) “Morning” and “Evening” implies

For in six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, the sea and all that is in them, and rested on the seventh day; therefore the Lord blessed the sabbath day and made it holy. – Exodus 20:11 (NASU)

God’s Spirit was moving but nothing happened until (v.3)

Then God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light (v.3)

“God said” emphasized (vv.3,3,6,9,11,14,20,24,26,28,29)

Creation came because of

I create the fruit of the lips; Peace, peace to him that is far off, and to him that is near, saith the Lord; and I will heal him. – Isaiah 57:19 (KJV)

Have faith in God. “Truly I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says is going to happen, it will be granted him. – Mark 11:22 (NASU)

I say only what the Father has taught me – John 8:28 (NCV)

Creation declared good (vv.4,10,12,18,21,25,31)

Creation: (v.2) is created before the (v.14)

2nd Day: Monday (vv. 6-8)

Concerning Monday: God does say it is

Conclusion: Finally a God who relates to you

Day 3: Tuesday (vv. 9-13)

“seed in them” implies everything was created

…trees bearing fruit with seed in them, – Genesis 1:12 (NASU)

Reproducing “after their kind” emphasized

(vv.11,12,12,21,21,24,24,25,25,25)

DNA enforces “after its own kind”

Day 4: Wednesday (vv.14-18)

(v.14) Signs: owth – a signal, flag, beacon, omen, evidence (Strong’s)

Day 5: Thursday (vv.20-23)

And God created great whales – Genesis 1:21 (KJV)

Day 6: Friday (vv.24-31)

Then God (Elohiym) said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; – Genesis 1:26 (NASU)
