The Last Generation begins when Israel becomes a

 Luke 17:20-36

(v.20) “Observation” or spying. Parateresis (noun),  parathrou (verb) — always used in sense of hostile watching. Luke 14:1 & 20:20 (Missler’s Commentary)

The ancient Greek word translated observation is better-translated, hostile examination (Guzik’s Commentary)

…the kingdom of God is in the midst of you. (v.21) (ESV)

…the kingdom of God is among you. (v.21) (ISV)

“I tell you, on that night there will be two in one bed (); one will be taken and the other will be left. There will be two women grinding at the same place (); one will be taken and the other will be left. Two men will be in the field (); one will be taken and the other will be left.”

Lot: A noun indicating a shroud, a covering…indicating the inability of people to perceive God and His works clearly (CWSBD)

Taught to children as (v.4)

Apparently (v.4) …from every quarter

This sin was and was (v.5)

Lot calls the behavior but refers to the people as (v.7)

This group accuses Lot (the believer) of being (v.9)

You are acting like a judge (v.9)

It’s obvious that the Lord is intervening but in their blindness they do not , they respond by  (v.11)

“Wearied themselves trying to find the doorway”

Notice: God’s judgment doesn’t come until the believer is and arrives at the place of (v.22)

Lot’s wife lived with believers but  (v.26)

Looked back: nabat – look intently at; to regard with pleasure, favor or care (Strong’s)
