April 26, 2020Jesus said to them, “Because of your unbelief; for assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you. – Matthew 17:20 (NKJV) (Luke 17:6)
…faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word (rhema) of God (Christos) – Romans 10:17 (NKJV)
…that if you confess (homologeo) with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved (sozo); for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses (homologeo), resulting in salvation (soteria). For the Scripture says, “WHOEVER BELIEVES IN HIM WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.” – Rom 10:9-11
Confession: (homologeo, homologia) to speak the same thing (Vine’s)
Salvation: soteria – rescue or safety (KJV) deliver, health, salvation, save, saving (Strong’s)
Saved: sozo – “safe”; to save, i.e. deliver or protect (KJV) heal, preserve, save, do well, be (make) whole (Strong’s)
Ask: What does about my ? The Key to Faith is continually what God ______ Let us hold fast the confession (homologia) of our hope (faith KJV) without wavering, for He who promised is faithful; – Hebrews 10:23
